Meditation: Going deeper

If you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, then this is the perfect meditation for you.

It will give your mind stillness and a space for calm away from racing thoughts and external stressors. It will help bring you back to a place of balance when, perhaps, your default automatic reaction to the circumstances or people that are affecting your wellbeing, does not serve you well.

‘Going Deeper’ is a guided meditation that will allow you to step back and take a moment to consider the situation, bypass your inbuilt fight or flight responses and may even help you avoid saying anything that you might later regret.

This meditation can be your “Take 10 deep breaths” when 10 deep breaths just isn’t going to do the trick!
