A guided sleep meditation…

Most of us suffer from insomnia from time to time, hopefully for no more than a night or two before we return to our normal sleep patterns.

We know, however, that sleep is a super important component of our overall well-being & that even just one bad night can make us anxious, tired and below par the following day. So here’s something you might try if you find yourself unable to sleep as thoughts swirl through your mind, seemingly uncontrollably, you get itchy & restless and that special insomnia dread descends...

This meditation is designed to help you sleep. It is extra long precisely because you are meant to doze off in the middle of it, so no needing to rouse yourself to restart it.
